What is a psychiatric evaluation?


A psychiatric evaluation could also be 
needed to diagnose emotional, behavioral, or developmental disorders. An evaluation of a toddler, teen, or adult is predicated physical, social, thinking (cognitive), emotional, and academic behaviors. It also takes into account genes and a person's environment.
