The tablet is effective especially on air circulation in blood vessels and kidney, semen carrying blood vessels. This is Vata shamak (air pacifier), strength and enhancer of semen. By taking this drug, Swapnadosh, Gonorrhea, leukorrhea, etc. diseases can be prevented. It contains all the virtues of shilaajeet. 

Dosage and method of usage: 2-2 pill a day 2 or 3 times with milk or lukewarm water after meal.

Surprisingly Shilajeet Rasayan Vati doesn’t have any reported side effects on health however, overdosage can cause some problems which are specified underneath:

Ø  Nausea

Ø  Palpitation

Ø  Diarrhea

Ø  Sweating

Ø  Rashes or burning sensation

It isn't recommended to use Shilajeet Rasayan Vati for pleasure because it contains the natural medical properties to treat health problems.
